Drainage Repair for 70s House

There appears to be some water leakage in my garage at the joints of foundation footing and the block wall, which is also the retaining wall half buried in the soil. This is mainly due to the heavy rain on 21 Sep. When I check the back of the house, there is one area settled (refer to the photos attached.), and another area has excessive water. I understand the houses of this age would not have any water penetration pipe and therefore I would possibly willing to relay the drainage to the current standard, depends on the affordability of the job and your quote!
