water tightness / roof repair
Job description
Repair of a rainwater leak due to old/broken water proofing underneath decking (see photo). As a result water leaks in the bathroom situated below. The timber decking will need to partially uplifted and waterproofing replaced underneath. No need for scaffolding - easy access. Fixing possible damage to the ceiling below is not part of this job. This will form part of the small on suite bath room renovation (separate job, not listed on builderscrack) but if you are qualified in renovating bathrooms you are welcome to discuss this with us also. Inspection welcome. Looking for an indicative/rough estimate and credentials. Happy to discuss details over the phone.

Excellent work and entirely in line with the quote. Communications were a bit tricky at times (due to circumstances partially outside Adie's control we understand) but she always responded promptly when contacted. Would recommend overall. Thanks
