The shower has been leaking in the bottom right hand edge and affected the skirting board. My neighbour looked at it and it appears that a very small section of beam underneath is affected - as seen from under the house.

Aaron did a great job on fixing my leaking shower. He managed to remove the lining and reuse it. The job took half the time he anticipated. Unfortunately because this was a quote and not an estimate there was no reduction in the price. C’est la vie.
