Repair leak in balcony (Bayview, North Shore)

There is a leak in the balcony. It is a 1980s house in the Bayview area (North Shore) I require a quote to tear up the existing deck (currently using particle board). Replace whatever wood has rotten away, remove whatever needs to be removed to get access, repair whatever needs to be fixed to bring it back to as new status then lay down some waterproofing membrane and then fit everything back together. Also need proper drainage options for the balcony as well. Relatively big job.... please ensure prompt availability since water is currently leaking in but doesn't appear to have gotten deep enough to cause problems inside the wall. Want this fixed ASAP.
