Repair structural damage.
Job description
The balcony was not properly connected to my house with fleshing so over many years there has been water leaking inside the walls. It looks like that some of the beams of the floor are rotten and needs to be replaced. Also need proper fleshing to prevent this from happening again.

"You didn’t mentioned We have paid another contractor of your choice to just finish the job, and you promised to change your review which you didn’t, Unfortunately, the time and scheduling to come back was just too hard . But the work was done"
