Require handyman to clean out gutters and apply sealant to one area were there is a small leak. Its not a big job as the house is small, just need a good ladder, I can provide sealant if required.

Tradesman Tom was extremely unprofessional, unreliable and tried to add travel costs after completing half the job without notice, and since refused to complete job. Student Handymen Ltd gave full refund and returned my products which was good, but ensure you get a different handyman if using this company.

Client insisted only to pay cash rather than go through the correct payment procedures. Declined to carry out work due to danger, refunded cash and gutter sealant."
