Locate and fix leaks in external wood cladding.

We have a woodstained Lockwood style house (20 years old approx.) that has two leaks in separate places. They appear to be related to cladding issues and now leak into the house. We have had them for a while. Location of leak source is not 100% known but rough area. External wood cladding will need to be removed and replace in one situation. Both leak are above balconies but this doesn't appear related to the leak location.
