Waterproofing/Tanking Basement

48m2 basement requires tanking - floor and partial wall. Concrete floor has previously been sealed. Efflorescence evident. Concrete block walls also show signs of efflorescence. Recently water damaged over weekend of heavy rain circa 20 June 2015. I am aware previous sealing will need to be ground from walls and portions of the walls - this will need to be included in quote/job.
