Flashing and floorboard replacement

We have a sleepout with flashing that doesn't run off as it should, this has lead to water damage on the chipboard flooring inside. We need the flashing replaced in a way that allows for proper run off as well as the damaged chipboard replaced with marine-grade ply. There also appears to be higher than normal moisture content around the door inside the sleepout too and we are assuming this is all linked together however we would appreciate further inspection.
