Weather tightness remediation

Looking for a qualified builder to asses a range of water tightness issues. Happy to pay a call-out fee for the quote. My lender has given me the conditions below before approval on finance after a weather tightness assesment. Would be great to get the quote as soon as possible. - Builder report has some issues - Please have a read and summarise and actions to be taken - Client will need to see builder and confirm with professionals how each issue will be fixed - What is total cost - When and how will this be fixed Please see the attached weather tightness report.
