garage floor waterproofing

We have a double garage with a rising damp problem. Floor area is 49m2. I need a certified waterproofer/applicator to grind and prepare floor, fill 6-7 cracks and apply an appropriate waterproofing product to the floor and walls - only 100mm up the walls - as these are fine.
