Reline and waterproof basement room
Job description
3000mmx6000mm basement room, damaged by kitchen flood (above) and lack of weather proofing, 2 walls are concrete brick (with dirt on the other side) to half way need sealing and to replace linings to remaining walls and ceiling. (one wall is a ranch slider). We will paint once completes but will only be used as a work/hobby room/storage room so doesn't need a high end finish. Trying to get it done before we sell our property.
