Damp wall and mould upstairs, leak.

We discovered damp and mould behind the wallpaper on the outside facing wall in an upstairs bedroom. It dries out but returns with heavy rain. Need someone to find out where the water is coming in from and waterproof. Might need to replace gib board if it's bad. Hoping to get it done soon as it's our child's bedroom. Bedroom is on the second floor. Thank you.
