Stop water getting into basement

I have an issue with water getting into our basement through the concrete wall of our house. The house is on a sloped property in Washington Valley. The most challenging part of this job is that the problem area is under a deck, however there should be enough space under the deck to complete the work. I'm not too fussed about the particular solution, I just want the water to stop getting in.
