Rewaterproofing a deck

I have a deck approximately 7 metres by 3 metres. It is about 20 years old. It has a waterproof coating and tiles laid loosely on top of that. I can easily remove the tiles but I would like the waterproofing layer applied. I believe there is a product that can be sprayed on that can then be walked on.
