Leaky Lounge Window

We have a triangular window in our lounge - we noticed it started leaking so we got a glazier in to look at the window who suggested we replace the seals. We have done this, however whilst this made a difference, when the wind and rain blows a certain way it still leaks. The glazier mentioned it may need flashing put on - but we are not sure what is required. We really need someone to come and look and tell us what the options are. I dont even know if this is the incorrect category.
