Scope: - Waterproofing of floor and putting levelling compound to direct rainwater to central downpipe. - Replace internal and external weatherboards - Install flashings on balcony - Install new handrails - Painting of repaired balcony - Fix leaks on underside of balcony - Install overflow pipe to drain off excess rainwater (optional - need builder's advice on this) - SEE PHOTO Thank you!
