Membrane Gutter Repairs - Warehouse

We have an industrial warehouse with two sections of membrane which need to be repaired. There is water getting in behind the butynol. We need to repair the cut used to release the water and we need to tidy up the butynol as well. I am a commercial property manager with $350m of commercial and industrial properties under management. There will be additional work available.
