Moisture and rot in window and door framing

There are high moisture readings in the following areas of the house: Kitchen window; Living area window; Bedroom 1 - wall adjacent to the ensuite and the window; Bedroom 2 - wall below the joinery and the window; Bedroom 3 – window; Bathroom - window; Ensuite – door adjacent to shower and shower walls; Toilet - window; Laundry Wall; and Garage – right side of vehicle door. Also rotten timber on external door frame Window frames are aluminium and the sills are timber. The moisture was identified in the sills. Ensuite shower is tiled. The building inspector was unable to determine whether the high moisture was from condensation or from the joinery leaking for the high moisture around the windows. We need the source of the moisture to be investigated and repaired. Also any rotten timber to be cut away and replaced with new timber. Invasive methods may be required to determine the source and state of the internal timber. We will need a quote no later than the end of Monday. If invasive testing is required for a quote, this will also need to be done no later than the end of Monday. The house is currently tenanted.
