Rubber membrane maintenance / repair liquid membrane

Want to prevent any damage to ceiling by adding a decent coat of waterproofing over current rubber on balcony which is situated above the lounge. Outdoor area of about 9m2. At the same time would like to improve aesthetic of the balcony as much as possible ie: going from current black to grey?. Some minor leak repairs to the box railing. Looking for registered LBP to oversee the job. Balcony is covered with tarp at the moment and cleaned to allow for waterproofing in any weather. Timeframe is hopefully this week. Want a product specifically designed and approved to be used over rubber membrane.
