This was a rewaterproofing of a 1991 internal balcony. Pedro and his company were no problem and, apart from not telling me in advance that rubbish would be my responsibility, their work was exemplary. Were I to do this job again, I would hire a reputable builder first (via Builderscrack) to be responsible for the job and would not hesitate to have that builder use Pedro. Sadly, Pedro does not have a builder he works with all the time; sadly, the builder he suggested was a nightmare.
