Re-waterproofing and replacement of tiled deck

We have a leak in our tiled flat deck that has caused water to drip into the room below when it rains. This has happened before in the deck and we’ve pulled tiles up and repaired it but now suspect the waterproofing is too old and compromised. The deck needs re-waterproofing and replacement, our preference would be with a floating timber deck. The deck is around 22 meters squared in an L shape.
