(Sealing) Scribers, junctions, cowlings, head flashing stop-ends

INTERNAL INSPECTION OBSERVATION DINING ROOM Comments: A slightly elevated moisture reading of 24% was obtained in the wall under the window, there is junction failure in this area. LOUNGE/LIVING Comments: An extremely high moisture reading of 102% was obtained in the wall on the right hand side of the window, this needs further investigation MASTER BEDROOM Comments: Elevated moisture readings of 27-30% was obtained under the window, there is junction failure and mitres need checking over. EXTERNAL INSPECTION OBSERVATIONS WINDOW SCRIBERS Comments: Scribers need sealing down the sides of weather boards, junctions also need sealing. FLASHINGS/SILL TRAYS Comments: Stop-ends are needed on head flashings. JOINERY Comments: We recommend sealing scribers and junctions. GENERAL OBSERVATIONs Comments: Cowlings need sealing.
