internal gutter with membrane and down pipe

Hi, I have an internal gutter that has a membrane and downpipe (70mm). I had a builder install an overflow which has helped but the gutter still overflows and then leaks into the house. I need someone to replace the 70mm pipe with a larger (100mm) down pipe and redo the membrane seal. you will likely need to lift the coloursteel roofing to make space and redo the seal on the overflow.
