Replace silicone seals around bath/shower

Builder's inspection has identified high moisture content in our bathroom floorboards due to water from the shower. We want to remove and replace the perimeter seal around the top of the bath, and also replace a corner seal between the bath and an adjacent wall. We need the work done ASAP - ideally by Tuesday 13th December if possible (Wed 14th is possible), to resolve this defect prior to our house sale going unconditional. We would want the work done with a high quality flexible sealant (tradesperson to recommend product, to discuss and agree before starting).
