The side on a number of joinery units was found not to be sealed to prevent moisture from accessing the structural areas of the building.Some gaps were found where the scallop filler in the weather boards are also missing. The opening sash in bedrooms 1 and 3 were found to have been damaged in some form. They're currently not able to seal correctly against the joinery frame and a gap was noted.
