Weather board and joinery maintenance

General maintenance of weather board home with aluminium joinery. 30yrs old and needs weather tightening. Weather boards need nailing back, some need to be repaired/ replaced. Box corners, window scribes, flashings required. It's two storey so will need mobile scaffold. I'm keen to get underway ASAP and would like someone with extensive weather tightening expertise.
