Roof repairs

The current Chimney flashing leaks badly, I'm guessing the iron and boot need replacing and doing properly. Must be zincalume or similar, as iron lasts about 5 min with salty conditions. The flashing needs to go further up the roof (peak to gutter about 4.9m). Most of the roof edge flashings need replacement as rusty. All need to be done with screws, not nails. Looking for great quality job please. One piece of iron has a hole near the chimney over the eaves.
