House Weather Tightness/ Waterproofing

I have recently purchased a 1930's house in Feilding. In the building report I had done pre-purchase, moisture spiking was detected around the property. I am looking for an expert to investigate this further and make fixes where needed. A few of the readings were on the higher side ( --- %) so I expect there may be a couple of leaks and damage/rot that need to be fixed. I understand that it may involve intrusive testing to establish the apparent cause of areas where elevated moisture readings were recorded and to establish if there is any moisture damage to surrounding timber. Flexible with timeframes. Would love to have someone in anytime from 13 Feb 2023 onwards.
