Upper deck leaks

The upper deck is long and narrow and had slats - these were covered by marine ply (or something similar) and I need the screw holes filled and the joints taped, and some other gaps next to the guttering filled to stop leaks as much as possible. I will then apply a sealer and paint it, but need it prepared ready for that. Either weekdays or weekends are fine, I anticipate it will take no more than half a day.
