Roof flashing
Job description
I have a flat roof which was added to a concrete tile roof in 1979. This appears at one (crucial) point not to have ever been flashed - it is flashed in other places. I'm guessing it is about 4 or 5 metres long. With all the weather we've had recently, water and roof dirt has been blown into the house (please see photo). I'd like this gap flashed/stopped to prevent water and mess getting in as soon as possible. We have painters doing the roof at the moment, so it would be nice to be able to get this done while they are still here.

Right as the job started, I told Maxwell Roofing that good communication was very important to me, and I felt that Vikki did an excellent job of getting in touch as and when required. Phil very kindly worked in with the painter, which I really appreciated. He came and removed tiles so that the painter could paint underneath the area to be flashed, and came back to replace them a few hours later. This was before the flashing was laid down. All this and the best quote, too.
