Mark on Ceiling (likely water damage) and leak from bathroom skylight
Job description
Over the last week, we've noticed a mark and water stain on the ceiling in the living room. It has got worse over the week, and the mark no feels soft, wet and crumbly to touch, so I think there's a leak in the roof (it's a one story house). The first picture shows a picture of this mark. I've noticed a few other small stains on the ceiling too (although none as bad as this one), so there may be additional leaks too. There is also a leak from the bathroom skylight too which drips water whenever it rains. We do have loft access if needed, although it's a fairly small space.

Despite being very busy, Makara Valley Roofing were able to squeeze us in just before we went on holiday which was great. They identified the source of our leaking ceiling and made the necessary repairs to the roof. We were very happy with the cost and the quality of the job.
