Roof leaking inspection

I have recently found part of my basement concrete wall was absorbed by water when it rained. My initial inspection suggested the rain water possibly being leaked from the roof through the toilet vent pipe. Eventually, I'm not an expert and I'm not sure about the problem. I wonder if you would be able to contact me to inspect the leak and do the remedy work to fix it. It would be much appreciated if you can be in touch as soon as possible.
