Sliding door leaking into window frame below

We have a sliding door on our upper floor deck, which is leaking into the ground floor window directly underneath. There are thoughts this is due to the waterproofing under the door not being installed correctly. Seeking someone to remove the door, check and fix the waterproofing and refit and refinish the door.
