The existing membrane clad deck / walkway cladding needs replacing. Approx 8.5m long x 1m wide. At first floor level. Check sub-floor for signs of dampness and rot and repair prior to replacing with full deck floor / membrane system suitable for high traffic areas. Second post for this job.
