Waterproofer or builder to check water leak in sleep-out

There is a water leak in our sleep-out, one corner of the carpet is soaked wet when it's raining. We got people investigated the leak, they found that all along the north wall there’s water encroaching into the converted garage, checked sleepout plumbing at it’s all fine as well as the internal box gutter which is also clear and dry. They suggested that we will need to get a waterproofer or a builder to assess the external side of the wall
