Re-surface our roof top deck.

We have a large roof top deck >Approx. 10meters by 10meters This has a waterproof membrane on it. Grey paint decking membrane. This membrane surface is now past its best and leaks. We want to completely resurface the area and make the surface water tight and trafficable. We are open to advice and different surface solutions. *We also have a listing as we have part of our metal roof (Coloursteel?) A small part of this roof needs to be repaired and/or replaced when a chimney is removed. Both jobs together would be ideal!
