Roof Flashings and other general work required

Hi there, We have a few jobs that need doing - some more urgent than others, and happy to work in around other jobs and timeframes. We have a builders report from when we bought the house. First issue is dealing with the window flashings - some of which have rusted. We also have a few areas of cladding that need replacement.
