Fix bathroom shower subfloor water damage

The side of our bathroom shower has a damp and water-damaged subfloor. We need someone to investigate what is causing the water damage (shower overflow, behind the wall, etc). Then we need the cause and the existing damage to be fixed. We are unsure to what extent the damage is. We can only see the particleboard subfloor underneath the vinyl flooring which is damp and soft. We don’t know if the damage extends to the foundations or how far in underneath the bath it goes. This has been an issue for a long time, there’s no evidence it’s gotten worse within a few years. We’re also posting a second job for a roof leak which has damaged the ceiling of the toilet next to this bathroom. Let us know if you think you can do both.
