Re-tile and waterproof balcony. Replace a few rotten timbers

Hi We would like our front balcony tiles removed and any rotten timbers below replaced. The ply below the tiles looks in good condition but some timbers below are rotten and need replacing. This looks to be from a leaking rainwater outlet in the corner We would like new tiles/pavers on rubber mounts so the ply deck would need a waterproof layer before the tiles are on if possible, all falling to the corner for drainage
