Flashings/water proofing needed abovr two windows

Flashings/waterproofing measures needed above two windows. I get water drops coming in where the frame is flush with the wall (ie 4 inches in from the window), In heavy rain water is dripping down from this point in two places. In the room, it is not coming over the top of the window, it is coming from this area 4 inches in from the window. See photos. I have no flashings. I would like flashings or other waterproofing measures to stop the water travelling in. It seems to be travelling horizontally?
