Butynol repair on balcony

I’ve had a roofing specialist refer me on to this site to source someone to assist with a repair patch job task on my balcony. The butynol damage to the balcony has caused a leak into the rumpus room. Specialist said it’s Only a patch job needed - some of the matting can be cut out and replaced and a few nails in the deck can be hammered back in and patched up. I would really like this task done during this Summer. I can be available on site.
