Draft stopping 2 old sash windows.

Hi, I need two old sash windows draft stopped in a tenanted apartment in Petone. they seem a bit complicated to do due to them sliding up and down in the frame. Really just need the minimum amount done to stop them rattling in the frame. But I think some experience with sash windows would be helpful.
