Detect where Leak in roof is coming from

We have 2 sun tunnels both are dripping water when it rains. We want to know if the sun tunnels are leaking, or if water is coming in from an old skyligh window and tracking down the roof towards the sun tunnels. Water drips inside the house from the sun tunnels. Only need to know before we replace the sun tunnels.
