Fix shower bath and gib wall

Our shower bath is leaking and require a fix/ water proofing done. At the moment, I am not very sure whether the leak is from the shower bath or any plumbling issue behind the walls. The leak has unfortunately, caused the gib to rot so that needs to be repaired and painted as well. Please let me know if you need anymore information or need a site visit for initial assessment. Please note, the house has boarders and this is the common bathroom so this needs to be fixed urgently.
