Balcony re-surfacing - 15 Pokohiwi Rd

Our flat malthoid balcony has leaks and needs to be redone. Probably needs the underlying timber (ply) to be replaced/re-levelled to a 1:50(?) slope. The new membrane must be low maintenance (10 years +)... probably butanol. The deck is roughly 9 m x 1.8 m. There are two 1.8m wide ranchslider doors that will probably need to be reinstalled 100mm higher to meet waterproofing requirements. The balcony is above our dining and living area so need to maintain weather proofing during the work
