There is a two storey (concrete) property in Waterloo. One dwelling is on the top of another. Rain water is leaking from the patio of the dwelling above to the ceiling underneath of the property below. We want to get it fixed ASAP and thus would like to have some quotes to make a decision. At the moment the patio has a poxy membrane water sealant on it.
