Leaky base of cladding

Buying a property. There is a lack of overhang at the base of the cladding. This is believed to cause some moisture ingress under the house. I need someone to identify how much damage has been done (foundations), and give an estimate on how much it will cost to fix the issue, and how urgent it is. As we are currently in a conditional offer I need this work to happen ASAP.
