Balcony Repair

Balcony has a tile floor, due to cracking in grouting leaks have appeared. This has gradually gotten worse over the last year or two. Looking at removing tiles and replacing with a different more robust/weatherproof material. Needs to be assessed for water damage/severity in the first instance.
