At the beginning of the year, we had a builder from Builderscrack lay pavers on the south side of the house. He used concrete between the pavers, up to the wall. It appears that the damp is rising from water on the pavers into the wall. Removing the row of tiles against the wall might solve the problem. Or perhaps, removing the concrete in between the pavers against the wall could be a solution.
